The Massachusetts Association of Medical Staff Services is a collection of
medical professionals working within Massachusetts hospitals and managed care
facilities.

The objectives of the Massachusetts Association of Medical Staff Services shall be
to provide for continuing education, to promote the improvement of professional
knowledge and skill by uniting persons who are engaged in medical staff
activities through this State Association, and to support the mission statement
of the National Association. |

The core purpose of the National
Association of Medical Staff Services is to advance the delivery of quality
healthcare. |

The Massachusetts Association of Medical Staff Services is an organization
comprised of over 150 members, who work in the field of Medical Staff Services
and related fields, in hospitals and managed care throughout Massachusetts and
its neighboring states. |

The Massachusetts Association of Medical Staff Services is a chapter of the
National Association of Medical Staff Services with over 4,000 members. |
|
|
|
The Massachusetts Association meets four times a year. The meetings include
guest speakers, local and national industry news, Board of Registration in
Medicine updates, and networking sessions. There is an annual two-day
educational conference, held in Cape Cod, Massachusetts each Spring, and an
Annual National Educational Conference which takes place, in the Fall, in a
different part of the country each year. |
